Following the great success of our sold out event Oct. 3rd at iL Forno, we are thrilled to announce our next very special engagement of the Phnom Penh Diners Club.

 

We are very excited to be holding our next "Evening of Taste" on Saturday November 28th, at the lovely ENSO Restaurant & Café on Street 240.

 

Joining me in the kitchen on this occasion will be my long time friend and colleague, Jay Scaife, the executive chef at Knai Bang Chatt Resort in Kep.

Jay and I have known each other and worked abroad together for nearly 20 years now, so this will be an extra special evening to say the least.

This is only our 2nd culinary event collaboration to happen between us, so we are very excited to share all we have planned for you this evening!

 

Sparkling and Canapés will commence at 6:30pm, followed by our 7-course signature "FAITH" tasting menu starting at 7:15pm. 

Each course will be masterfully composed starting with the wine in mind, where the dish is then created around the flavours, nuances and textures of that wine; making for a truly unique alchemy and combination of flavours, aromas, textures and sensations.

 

After the success and adulation received from the last dinner, we have already pre sold many tickets for this event! 

Seating is very limited so please purchase your tickets soon to avoid the disappointment of missing out on this special evening.

Tickets are $130 inclusive per person and includes all food and beverage for the evening.
