The Phnom Penh Diners Club is back!
This is our first kick-off collaboration of the season, with more monthly events to follow. We will be holding these dinners at unique locations around Phnom Penh, featuring collaborations with various chefs and suppliers.
We are very excited to present this “Evening of Taste” event over two special nights — Friday and Saturday, October 17th & 18th — at HYBRID KITCHEN on Street 222.
Joining me in these upcoming collaborations is my dear friend and colleague, Jay Scaife, Executive Chef at Ruby Jack’s here in Phnom Penh.
Jay and I have known and worked alongside each other abroad for over 20 years. We are thrilled to share what we have planned for you at this event.
We are collaborating with INDOGUNA Gourmet Purveyors for this special dinner. The theme is a six-course All Beef tasting, featuring Tajima and Satsuma Gyu beef from Japan.
Sparkling wine, BOTANICO craft beer, and canapés will be served from 6:30pm, followed by our six-course signature FAITH tasting menu starting at 7:15pm.
Each course will be masterfully composed with the wine in mind, with the dish created around the flavors, nuances, and textures of that wine — making for a truly unique alchemy of taste, aroma, and sensation.
After the success and acclaim of our last dinner, we have already pre-sold many tickets for this event!
Seating is extremely limited, so please purchase your tickets soon to avoid disappointment.
